Alexander Gurevich

Alexander Gurevich is a founding partner of the Law firm of Janoff & Gurevich, L.L.P. Mr Gurevich has spent his entire professional career practicing law in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, and corporate and commercial finance. Mr Gurevich has an intricate understanding of real estate law, especially as it relates to real estate development, zoning and property, construction finance, and real estate lending. Mr Gurevich's 14 years of constant involvement in the New York real estate market have made him intimately acquainted with the intricacies, opportunities and risks inherent in the New York real estate market.
Mr Gurevich, is CEO of Continental Funding. In this capacity he has been making short term asset backed commercial real estate loans for 14 years. In that time Mr Gurevich has only had one loan go into default and has never incurred a loss of principal.

Mr. Gurevich is fluent in the Russian and Ukrainian languages. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York, a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the City University of New York and an Academician Degree from the International Information Academy, Moscow.
